Background

The parent company of iPodleathercases.com was founded in early 1971 and has its origin
in a family with a rich and well respected history in leather of over 3 generations.
Situated on the banks of the Hooghly river in "The City of Joy" Calcutta, export increased and quality enhanced. From 1989
also leather products were produced, which strengthened the international position of the business.
With the introduction of iPod by Apple™, new opportunities were seen, and taken. The first lines of iPod cases
came out, and have been a success ever since early 2005.

Production process
|
The iPod cases are manufactured by highly skilled craftsmen, in our factories equipped with modern machinery,
with a capacity of over 10.000 cases per week.

Quality control
|
A strict Quality Control System exists in the factory and several Quality Control Measures are taken at
various stages of the production process. Each and every case is individually checked before being packed and shipped.

Delivery
|
Normally, shipment is done by air through different international airlines.
Alternatively, shipments can also be done by sea.
